Anmeldung für Kurse in Zürich oder Genf

 

There are two ways to sign up for group coaching Introductions and 8-session coaching sequences.

By signature: Print out the pdf sign up form for Zurich or Geneva, fill it out and send it to Abbott Chrisman, Nordstrasse 156, 8037 Zurich

By payment: Email me your name, address, email address, and cell phone. Specify exactly which events you want to sign up for. Then transfer the fee to my UBS account: IBAN CH03 0023 8238 8005 8141 B.

 

Prices and terms:
Introduction: 60 CHF
Group coaching sequence (8 x 3-hour sessions): 880 CHF (830 with early registration)
Price of Introduction is deducted from Group fee.
50 CHF discount for early registration (see pdf for due date)
Student and low-income discounts available on request.
Payment is due before or at the first meeting. Installments arranged on request.
There is no charge for cancellation up to 3 weeks before the event: see pdf for exact date.
During the 3 weeks before the event sign up is binding and the full fee must be paid unless another person can be found to fill the spot.
Participants may want to purchase cancellation cost insurance.
